Your fare includes government taxes and airline fees. You might have additional costs for things like checked baggage, airport fees, or choosing seats. These extra charges are your responsibility. Service fees may apply for phone or online bookings and can vary between domestic and international travel.
We want to solve any problems quickly and fairly. If that’s not possible, disputes can be resolved through mediation or small claims court in New Hampshire, USA. Please note, class-action lawsuits are not allowed.
If something happens beyond our control—such as natural disasters, political unrest, government actions, or tech failures—we can’t be held liable for service delays or interruptions.
